I help businesses design digital products, platforms and engagement systems where user behavior, incentives, data and business goals line up.

My field is digital and market-facing: products, services, platforms, CX, CRM, loyalty, engagement, discoverability and AI.

I currently work as a Senior Strategist at VML, part of the global WPP network.

Bring me in when

  • A platform or program needs to be built. The goal is clear, but the product logic, incentives and operating model are not.
  • Users, customers or partners are not adopting what exists. The work is not more features by default. It is finding out why behavior is not changing.
  • CX, CRM, loyalty or engagement efforts create activity, but not the right behavior. Experience only matters when it changes what customers do and helps the business.
  • AI, data or discoverability need to become useful. Not as trend topics, but as parts of a product or business system.

How I work

  • Start with the goal at the top. What should change in the market? What should users, customers, dealers or partners actually do?
  • Find the real barrier. I look at behavior, incentives, assumptions, data, content, product mechanics and organizational reality.
  • Design a buildable logic. I turn the problem into a clear product, platform or program concept that specialists can build from.

Small tools and prototypes that make ideas tangible. I use them to learn faster and test what technology changes in practice.

  • Been (iOS app)

    A free, privacy-first iPhone take on Google Maps Timeline: an approximate location journal that stays on-device, with no account, cloud or tracking.

  • i.tysk.it (web app)

    A self-built personal pipeline for small utility tools: I send a voice message from my phone, AI turns it into a web tool and deploys it. Mostly for things I or friends need from time to time. The name comes from "I thought you should know it."

  • PDF tools (web app)

    A small browser-based toolbox for everyday PDF tasks, built for quick fixes without opening a heavy desktop app or uploading documents to a random service.

  • kleineratlas.de (interactive website)

    An alpha version of an interactive world atlas for children, focused on curiosity, exploration and simple explanations.
